- Fill out your profile, let other investors know what you do, what you’re looking for and what markets you’re interested in. This will help you find the right connections for your business.
- Other investors’ profiles show up based on their distance from you. Reach out to other investors and start building your network. Click on their profiles to find out what they do, what they’re interested in, and how you can work together.
- Enhance your search by typing keywords into the search bar on the homepage. You can also refine your search to target specific types of investors by pressing the filter button just to the right of search bar. Here you can switch on and off toggles to narrow the investor type.
- To load more investors within your search radius, place the cursor on the search function on the home page and you will see an option that reads “Load More”. Hit this button until you are satisfied with the number of investors that appear in your list.
- List your properties under the “My Listings” on iOS or “My Properties” in the Android section. Here you can let other investors know about properties and contracts that you currently have.
- Looking to get more attention on a deal? Trying to network more? Boost your profile with a personalized message sent directly to all the other investors in the area. They will receive a notification immediately to their phone and will be able to see your profile and your deals within seconds. This is the fastest way to market yourself or your property.
- Receive ‘Boost Notifications’ to receive hot deals the second they hit the market. Other investors may have exactly what you’re looking for, so keep this function on and receive off market deals and pocket listings.
- Looking to expand your portfolio to other cities/states? Use our passport function and place yourself anywhere in the United States. Find and meet other investors and get the inside scoop on markets and neighborhoods from the locals. They will have the best leads and can develop into potential partnerships
- Level up your Star Level by networking and completing tasks. In the Investor Level setting you will be given missions to complete in order to become a better networker and open up more opportunities for yourself. Remember- your network is your net worth, so expand yours today.
